Cherry Angioma Removal

What is Cherry Angioma Removal?
Cherry angiomas are small, bright-red or purple skin growths made up of a cluster of dilated blood vessels just beneath the skin's surface. While completely benign, they can be a cosmetic concern — especially when they appear on visible areas like the face, neck, chest, or arms.
At Infini Beauty Studio, we use vascular laser technology to precisely target and collapse the blood vessels within each cherry angioma, causing it to fade and disappear over the following days. The surrounding skin is left unaffected.
Treatment is fast, effective, and requires minimal healing time. Most cherry angiomas are resolved in a single session, making this one of our most efficient treatments.
Process
How It Works
Consultation
We confirm that your lesions are cherry angiomas (as opposed to other vascular or pigmented lesions) and develop a treatment plan based on their size, number, and location.
Preparation
No extensive preparation is required. Avoid blood-thinning supplements (aspirin, fish oil) for a few days before your appointment if possible, and arrive with clean skin.
The Treatment
A vascular laser is applied directly to each angioma. You'll feel a brief sting or snap as the vessel is targeted and collapsed. Sessions are typically 15–30 minutes.
Aftercare & Results
The treated angioma will turn darker immediately and gradually fade and crust before clearing within 1–2 weeks. Avoid sun exposure and picking at the area. Most clients achieve full clearance after 1–2 sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most clients describe a brief sting or snap with each pulse. The sensation is quick and well-tolerated. Topical numbing cream is available for sensitive clients or larger treatment areas.
The treated site may appear red or bruised for a few days. A light crust can form and will naturally flake away within 1–2 weeks. The site is typically clear within 2–3 weeks.
Treated angiomas are permanently removed, but new ones can develop over time — especially with age or sun exposure. These can be treated as they appear.
Cherry angiomas are entirely benign. However, if any spot is changing in colour, shape, or size, we recommend a dermatologist evaluation before treatment.
